1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between BigWinPH and every person who accesses or uses the platform. Access includes browsing public pages, creating an account, joining a game, placing a wager, claiming a promotion, communicating with support, or requesting a withdrawal.

3. Registration, Security, and Verification

You must use your legal name, correct birth date, active Philippine mobile number, current address, and any other information requested during account creation or verification. Nicknames or another person's details must not be used.

Only one BigWinPH account is allowed per player unless written approval states otherwise. Duplicate accounts may be suspended while ownership, transactions, promotions, and game activity are reviewed. You are responsible for protecting your BigWinPH password, one-time PIN, registered device, and recovery details. 4. Deposits and Account Balances

Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing times may differ by method.

A deposit must come from a payment account or card held in the registered player's own name. BigWinPH may reject, return, or review funds sent by a third party. You must not use borrowed, stolen, disputed, reversed, or unlawfully obtained funds.

Balances shown by BigWinPH reflect confirmed transactions and settled game activity. A pending deposit does not become playable until payment confirmation is received. If a provider reverses or cancels a deposit after credit has been granted, BigWinPH may remove the corresponding amount and restrict the account until any negative balance is resolved.

BigWinPH is not a bank, savings product, investment account, or remittance service. Funds should be deposited for reasonable gaming use and not for storage or transfer between unrelated parties. No interest is paid on an account balance.

5. Withdrawals and Payment Review

A withdrawal request must use a supported method associated with the verified BigWinPH player. Where practical, funds may be returned through the same payment route used for deposits. Alternative routing may require further verification.

6. Games, Wagers, and Settlement

A wager is accepted only after it has been recorded by BigWinPH and confirmed in the account or game interface. Preparing a selection or pressing a control does not by itself guarantee acceptance. A wager may be rejected if the market closes, the balance is insufficient, the connection fails, or a displayed limit has changed.

Once accepted, a wager normally cannot be cancelled merely because the player changes their mind. BigWinPH may void, correct, or resettle activity where there is an obvious pricing error, duplicate transaction, technical malfunction, incorrect result feed, abandoned event, game interruption, or another circumstance covered by the relevant game rules.

Internet interruptions on the player's side do not automatically cancel an accepted wager. BigWinPH records determine whether an action was completed and how an interrupted round should be resolved. BigWinPH may withhold or remove a bonus and related winnings where a review confirms that the published conditions were not followed. Eligible cash funds that are not linked to the violation will be handled according to the remaining terms and applicable requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct
